I had requested an Occupational Therapist (OT) Review for Jacob at our last IEP last May. Finally I received a phone call and an OT survey was sent home for me to fill out. What took so long? I don't know exactly how long all this is supposed to happen, but I think some regulation is being broken here. I think this should of been more timely, and I know I need to get more information about the special ed laws and our rights! I need to start looking for classes on these.
